Knowing your worth!

Have you ever noticed that how much blessed are you? Have you ever felt that how much you value yourself? When was the last time you took care of yourself because that's what you wanted to? When was the last time you were kind to yourself? When was the last time you did the things which were on your wishlist? When was the last time you broke those rules which make you prisoner of your own life? When was the last time you appreciated yourself and forgave yourself whatever mistakes you made or whatever wrong decisions you took? When was the last time you stepped out of someone's life that was affecting your mental health and to safe your self respect because you were being mistreated by them?
Its very important to be kind yourself and to value yourself as you value others and as you're kind to others. No matter how much busy you're just take some minutes from your life for yourself and sit in a relax room and focus on yourself that what are you going through! What are you doing with your life! Make aims, goals and plan how will you accomplish those aims and goals that's how you will worth yourself.
